Spring Itch

Spring, succulents

We had a coating of ice this weekend.  Then…the next day…it melted off and we had sunshine. Our weather is very fickle…and we gripe about it, but it’s our way of life.  About this time of year though, I get the spring itch.

I found these adorable little Easter signs at the Dollar Tree today.  Also all of these sweet (faux) succulents.  How fun is that!? Cute and thrifty!

House plants and green things help me through the winter months.  I really enjoy them…and grocery store roses.

Well…if you are getting the spring itch, go ahead and scratch.  It will be right around the corner!

Love from the farmhouse,

Kelli

I got my latest shipment in from ePantry.  Let me just say that this little e-cloth is amazing. I will tell you why:

1.  We have lots of windows.

2.  You can use it on other things.

3.  Like errything!

4.  It’s hot pink. (Duh.) 😉

5.  It friendly to God’s pretty Earth.

I really do enjoy ePantry and I think that you will too. Check them out by clicking this little doohickey…

You will be glad that you did.  Then you will be all like…”Mrs. Meyers is in daaaa house!” Seriously.  You will.

Okay…gotta run.

Some days…you just have to go through your things and rearrange a bit.  Mom and I call this “piddling.”

Turquoise Ball jars are one of my favorite things.  So simple and beautiful.

I hope that your Wednesday is going great and that you are finding a little time this winter to organize…but also to rest.  Winter is good for that.

Jars galore,

Kelli

Kelli

Welcome to our stretch of the dirt road! It is filled with junkin' trips, culinary experiments and anything to "fluff the nest" which is our farmhouse. I love home decor that fits my family. I love a simplicity that we can live in. Maybe that is why the country life is so appealing to us. It's a place to breathe deep...and enjoy the journey. Join us! We would love to have you. (You might even see a chicken or two.)
